Ever wonder how Brookstreet BBQ got started? It all began in the Great Uptown kitchen of Texas Chicken Rotisserie. As the menu expanded, it became clear that BBQ needed to have its own locations, with the first opening in Sugar Land followed by three more in Fort Bend County and two in Houston. We know classic hickory wood Bar-B-Q like the back of our hands, and we’re focused every day on doing it right so your experience packs a punch of smokey flavor but won’t keep that smokey flavor with you all day. Brisket is our fan favorite but customers also love the smoked turkey and jalapeño sausage.
